To teach your children about God and His Son, Jesus Christ. To instill within each child the understanding that God loves them. To help you in providing your children a Christian base upon which they can build their moral values.
To make our experiences together memorable and happy ones. We want each child to begin their education career on a very positive level.
Julie Wagner
School Administrator/Kindergarten Teacher
Julie is finishing her 22nd year teaching at Faith Country Chapel and her 3rd year as school administrator. Before coming to FCC she went overseas to do her student teaching and was director of a local daycare for a few years. Julie is married with 2 children in Laurel School District. Julie is a member of Faith Country Chapel and is very active with the church’s children’s programs.
Debbie Nagel
Bookkeeper
Debbie taught Early Learners at Faith Country Chapel for 27 years and the bookkeeping for 20. She and her husband Ron are active at New Life Baptist church and have 3 boys who are married and have 5 wonderful grandchildren.
Our Classes
Kindergarten
The Kindergarten program is for children who are 5 years of age by September 1. This class meets 5 days a week from 8:45 - 11:45AM. Students who attend the kindergarten program receive a strong educational base and are equipped and ready to start their elementary education. Along with secular education, such as learning sight words, reading, writing, and basic math, the students learn the 10 Commandments, some Psalms, and several Bible verses throughout the year. Yearly tuition $1,260 + $50 registration fee.
Preschool
Preschool classes are for children who are 4 years of age by September 1. We offer two classes. Both meet Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Morning class 8:45 AM - 11:30 AM Afternoon class 12:15 PM - 3:00 PM. Yearly tuition $1,035 + $50 registration fee. Mrs. Baker uses the Handwriting without Tears curriculum to prepare students for kindergarten at Faith Country Chapel or other institutions. Children will learn to identify letters, capital and lower case, as well as learn letter sounds, as well as proper pencil grip, sequencing, and sight words. The students also learn to recite the 23rd Psalm, the Pledge of Allegiance, and several Bible verses throughout the year.
Early Learners
Children who are age 3 by September 1 are eligible for our Early Learners class. The three classes available are Monday/Wednesday morning 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM, Tuesday/Thursday morning 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM, and Tuesday/Thursday afternoon 12:30 PM - 2:30 PM. Yearly tuition $765 + $50 registration fee. Children in the Early Learners program are taught basic shapes, colors, numbers 1-5, and the 5 senses, along with a strong emphasis on Bible verses, stories, and the Fruit of the Spirit. They also learn basic socialization skills to help prepare them for the following years of education.

Tracy is in her 9th year teaching the preschool. She, her husband, and their two boys life in the Laurel area.
Jacque Moffitt
Preschool Assistant
This is Jacque’s 2nd year helping the Morning Preschool class. She is an active member in the community and can found with her husband supporting their two children in all of their Shenango School District activities.
Julia Cline
Preschool Assistant
Julia is in her 2nd year helping the Afternoon Preschool class. Along with her husband and 3 children, Julia is very involved at Faith Country Chapel and the Laurel community.
Chelsea Milbert
Early Learners Teacher/Secretary
Chelsea has been working in our Early Learner classes for 14 years. She has attended Faith Country Chapel her whole life and has been involved with the children’s programs for many years. Chelsea and her husband have 2 children and live in Laurel School District.
Allie Pollman
Early Learners Assistant
Allie is in her 8th year assisting in the Early Learners class. She and her family have been long time attendees of Faith Country Chapel and live in the Neshannock area.
Miranda Cowan
Early Learners Teacher
Miranda is teaching her first year at Faith Country Chapel in the Afternoon Early Learners class. She is very active with the Women’s Fellowship Group at Faith Country Chapel where she and her husband have attended for several years.
Laurie Brown
Early Learners Assistant
Laurie started assisting in the Afternoon Early Learners class this year. She is involved in many Faith Country Chapel ministries and has been a member of the church for many years.
